The titanium alloy undergoes phase transformations during quenching and aging, which occur prior to the thread rolling process: the workpiece is shaped by the controlled force of specialized thread-rolling dies. These studs are able to successfully work in tandem with our titanium nuts, which have a magnetron DLC coating, which is applied to the product in a plasma environment.

THREAD ROLLING
A high-tech thread rolling process that creates the strongest fasteners by applying pressure to the metal to create threads.
Yperion Titanium wheel bolt threads are always rolled. We use the most sophisticated rolling method, which involves rolling a pre-hardened blank. This results in the strongest products with a compacted titanium surface layer. These bolts are not prone to thread galling issues, can withstand higher loads and are more resistant to damage.

Yperion Titanium wheel mounting guide pins
These pins allow you to install and remove the wheel on the guides without hitting other parts. After removing the wheel bolts, install two pins into the hub. The wheels can then be removed and slid along the guides without the risk of hitting the caliper or the brake rotor and its shield. -

We manufacture 85,120 and 150mm sockets which can be added to nuts or bolts in 17mm,19mm, 21mm and locking varieties. You can always order one to go with your nuts. These heads are quite exclusive to the market for these products, as they are made of titanium with a hardness of 44 HRC, ensuring you'll enjoy their performance
