    Contrary to popular belief, most high-strength titanium alloys can only achieve strength when hardened. Hardening is challenging due to the properties of titanium and its alloys; the entire hardening process often takes more than 24 hours in special chambers.

  • THREAD ROLLING

    A high-tech thread rolling process that creates the strongest fasteners by applying pressure to the metal to create threads.
    Yperion Titanium wheel bolt threads are always rolled. We use the most sophisticated rolling method, which involves rolling a pre-hardened blank. This results in the strongest products with a compacted titanium surface layer. These bolts are not prone to thread galling issues, can withstand higher loads and are more resistant to damage.

  • Floating cone system

    This option allows you to reduce the friction of the wheel nut on the conical seat of the wheel.

  • Choosing a bolt head design.

    Bolts are available in both: hex and torx head versions.

  • Yperion Titanium wheel mounting guide pins

    These pins allow you to install and remove the wheel on the guides without hitting other parts. After removing the wheel bolts, install two pins into the hub. The wheels can then be removed and slid along the guides without the risk of hitting the caliper or the brake rotor and its shield.

  • Titanium tools:

    We manufacture 85,120 and 150mm sockets which can be added to nuts or bolts in 17mm,19mm, 21mm and locking varieties. You can always order one to go with your nuts. These heads are quite exclusive to the market for these products, as they are made of titanium with a hardness of 44 HRC, ensuring you'll enjoy their performance
