  • High hardness of titanium alloy and modified grain after hardening processes
    Contrary to popular belief, most high-strength titanium alloys can only achieve strength when hardened. Hardening is challenging due to the properties of titanium and its alloys; the entire hardening process often takes more than 24 hours in special chambers.

  • Floating cone system
    This option allows you to reduce the friction of the wheel nut on the conical seat of the wheel.
  • Heat treatment and thread coatings
    Durability and high strength combine to give you a significantly improved experience when using wheel nuts.
  • Xylan thread coating
    This coating is typically applied to the threads of our products; it is a hard layer with a low coefficient of friction and acts as a dry lubricant.
  • Additional internal processing of closed nuts:
    Closed-end nuts are manufactured with a "thread release" feature. We create a special pocket at the end of the thread to reduce the nut's weight and also to maximize ease of use, as this allows the tip of the extended stud to easily reach the very end of the thread without jamming.
  • Titanium socket:
    We manufacture special extended sockets for our nuts(17mm,19mm, 21mm and locking type for our locking lug nuts). You can always order one to go with your nuts. These heads are quite exclusive to the market for these products, as they are made of titanium with a hardness of 44 HRC, ensuring you'll enjoy their performance.
