When driving your car, it's frequently required to detach and refit the brake caliper, for instance, throughout system upkeep, to substitute the pads, etc. In these instances, the steel bolt progressively deteriorates and harms the threads within the aluminum steering knuckle, often mandating the replacement of the entire assembly. It's far preferable to mount the caliper on studs that will stay permanently screwed in.
We manufacture such studs solely from heat-strengthened titanium alloy. This procedure involves three phases and consumes a great deal of time. The thread is formed by rolling and possesses a notable benefit over cut threads acquired by excising the material, as the thread possesses a compressed structure. Torx is featured on the end of the stud for straightforward installation. We supply all varieties of stud lengths for diverse Porsche models.
