Our lug nuts undergo a multi-stage titanium hardening and aging process. This is one of the key features that sets our titanium fasteners apart from the competition. Our heat-treatment process is carried out entirely in-house and is part of our proprietary know-how. It modifies the titanium alloy’s microstructure, making our lug nuts stronger and significantly harder than those offered by our competitors. They are designed to resist galling, allowing you to use them with confidence. Nevertheless, we always recommend following the proper wheel nut installation procedures.
You can choose a shank diameter of 14.7 mm or 15.8 mm. If needed, we can also manufacture a custom diameter to suit your specific requirements.
